Prior to founding Value Creation AI, John was Operating Partner at SNH Capital Partners, where he collaborated with portfolio CEOs to elevate revenue performance and identify M&A opportunities. He previously led revenue teams at Aliro, SkillSurvey (acquired by iCIMS), and Crowe Paradis (acquired by Verisk Analytics) — and ran a $125M healthcare and life science division at iCIMS.
